Define the outer corner and crease with the shade Bobbing Along from the By BEAUTY BAY Bright Matte 42 Colour Palette.

Next, take the shade Paradise from the same palette and apply to the lid and blend into the darker colour.

Now we’re going to start creating the ripples. Take the light blue shade from Suva Beauty’s UV Taffies palette, activate the liner with water, and draw wavy lines onto the shadow with a fine brush to create a wave effect.
