Apply a thin layer of By BEAUTY BAY’s Eye Base to prep the lid.

Create an eyeliner shape with the Disney Colour and BEAUTY BAY Shadow Stick in Dumbo SKY.

Over the top of this, apply Dumbo SKY from the Disney Colour and BEAUTY BAY Mini Palette Dumbo, buffing the crayon out and setting it in place.

Next, add some depth to the base of the eyeliner using Dumbo EYES. You can clean up the edge of the liner with concealer if necessary to sharpen it.

In the waterline and across the lower lash line apply the Disney Colour and BEAUTY BAY Shadow Stick in the shade Dumbo HAT to open up the eyes and contrast against the blue of the eyeliner.
